PURPOSE: A food composition, a cosmetic composition, or a pharmaceutical composition is provided to effectively prevent and treat inflammatory skin disorders by containing a supercritical fluid extract of ginger and a fermented dropwort cake extract. CONSTITUTION: A food composition for preventing or treating inflammatory skin disorders contains a supercritical fluid extract of ginger and a fermented dropwort cake extract as active ingredients. A cosmetic composition contains the supercritical fluid extract of ginger and the fermented dropwort cake extract as active ingredients. The composition contains 0.05-95 wt% of the active ingredients. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating inflammatory skin disorders contains the supercritical fluid extract of ginger and the fermented dropwort cake extract as active ingredients.
