PURPOSE:To regenerate crude refuse, such as fruit scraps, fish scraps and meat scraps, discharged in a large amt. from food processing plants and fishing product processing plants as feed and fertilizers by efficiently subjecting the crude refuse to a fermentation treatment without requiring labor. CONSTITUTION:This device has a circular treating device body 1 disposed to rotate horizontally around the central axis, caps 10, 11 disposed on both sides thereof, a hot wind feed pipe 16 which is inserted into the body through a discharge port 26 formed on the one cap 11 and has many discharge ports 27, plural stationary vanes 34 which are pendently provided in the body, etc. The crude refuse and fermentation bacteria in the treating device body are agitated by the rotation of the treating device body. Hot wind is blown out of the discharge ports of the hot wind feed pipe to heat the agitated crude refuse, by which the temp. and oxygen necessary for the fermentation are efficiently supplied. The crude refuse is thus additionally agitated by the stationary vanes. |
