Disclosed is an oil injection type frying apparatus for automatically setting cooking conditions according to types of cooking. To this end, the frying apparatus of the present invention comprises: a cooking unit which forms a cooking space where food is cooked; a heating unit which heats the cooking unit; a lid which is vertically transferred to open and close the cooking unit; an oil injection unit which automatically injects frying oil to the cooking unit; and a control unit which controls the heating unit so that the cooking unit can be heated at a predetermined temperature for a predetermined time according to the types of cooking, and controls the oil injection unit to inject a predetermined amount of frying oil to the cooking unit. According to the present invention, the frying apparatus can cook food by automatically controlling the time, temperature, and oil injection amount according to the types of cooking. |
