PURPOSE:To highly accurately assemble a disk device capable of narrowing the distance between the surfaces of the disks by setting and fixing a slider part of a head supporting member fitted with an integrated type monoblock magnetic head to a guide part of a positioner. CONSTITUTION:The integrated type monoblock magnetic head 13 is fitted to a head fitting part 14a of the head supporting member 14, and the slider part 14b formed on a base end part of this supporting member 14 is set and fixed to the guide part 12a of a tip part of the positioner 12. By this constitution, since the head supporting member 14 is capable of rotating around the positioner 12 and also moving in the axial direction, parallelism and relative distance, etc., between the magnetic head 13 and the disk 11 can easily be adjusted before fixing the slider part 14b to the guide part 12. Consequently, the disk device capable of narrowing the distance between the disk surfaces can be assembled with high accuracy at low cost. |
