CATALYST FOR PURIFYING EXHAUST GAS

摘要

PURPOSE:To enhance the heat resistance of a catalyst for purifying exhaust gas of a metal-containing silicate type such as zeolite. CONSTITUTION:In obtaining a catalyst for purifying exhaust gas by mixing a catalyst material obtained by supporting a transition metal on metal-containing silicate by ion exchange with a binder to support the resulting mixture on a carrier by wash coating, the amount of the binder is set to 2-10% by wt. of metal-containing silicate to minimize the reaction of the transition metal and the binder at high temp. to prevent the deactivation of the catalyst.
