<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a desired target resistance value accurately by one-time trimming in a method, in which a thermistor is trimmed by laser beams in order to set the thermistor at the target resistance value. CONSTITUTION:Regression analysis by a statistical technique is conducted, the rate of change of a resistance value to the initial resistance value of a sample is analyzed in correlation with the quantity of trimming while the rates of change of each resistance value are replaced with logarithmic values at that time, and regression formula, in which the quantity or ratio of trimming is determined in correlation with the logarithmic values, is acquired, and trimming is performed by executing regression formula.</p> |
