PURPOSE:To dispense with a special air feeding device by driving a low- temperature blower at the time of a start, feeding air to an auxiliary combustor via an air intake path and an air feed path, and driving a turbine with the generated combustion gas. CONSTITUTION:The gas outputted from the anode 7 of a fuel cell main body 6 and fed to a cathode bypass path 11 by a low-temperature blower 16 and the air fed to an air feed path 26 by a compressor 13 are merged in an oxidizer gas feed path 17 and fed to a cathode 20. The gas outputted to a discharge path 21 from the cathode 20 passes through an auxiliary combustor 22, drives a turbine 23, and rotates the compressor 13. The blower 16 is driven at the time of a start, and air is fed to the combustor 22 via an air intake path 36 and an air feed path 38. The low-temperature blower 16 is used to feed air to the auxiliary combustor 22 at the time of a start, thus no special air feeding device is required. |
