PURPOSE:To provide a digital signal transfer system by which the sales of information or the like having a commercial value while it is the configuration of a digital signal can be realized, and a sound processing circuit or a signal processing circuit suited to the system. CONSTITUTION:A terminal device 100 is connected through a communication line with the original of the sales of a digital signal, and the digital signal is transferred through the communication line only to a specific terminal equipment 100. The terminal equipment 100 is constituted of an inputting part 102, storage part 103, and outputting part 104; and each circuit block is connected through a VME bus 105 so that the digital signal or each kind of control signal can be transferred. A memory card 101 with a reproducing function is connected with the terminal equipment 100, and specified information is received and stored, and the stored information is reproduced individually by the memory. The soundless period of the digital voice signal is worked in order to realize a slow reproduction or a fast reproduction. And also, a data compressor and expander circuit of a simple constitution are installed. |
