PURPOSE:To shorten the length of an equipment main body reduce cost and make the main body applicable to a connection type lighting equipment. CONSTITUTION:A lamp socket 21 is provided in an approximate L shape with the base section 22 and the socket section 23. At the end of the base section 22, the fitting section 24 is provided so as to be detachable from an equipment mainframe 1. The lamp socket 21 is projected toward the outside end beyond the end of the equipment mainframe 1 in the state that it is fitted to the equipment mainframe 1, and a lamp is connected to the socket section 23 located at the outside end. The equipment mainframe 1 can be shorter than the whole lamp and the package in distribution is made smaller. The respective lamp sockets 21 for the connected equipment mainframes 1 are combined in parallel and the equipment mainframes 1 are lined in a longitudinal direction so that the ends of the lamps may be laid overlapping each other. |
