METHOD AND DEVICE FOR SIMULATING MOLDING

PURPOSE:To simulate the flowing and deforming process of a blank material by making the space in a mold including the region where the blank material exist and the region where the blank material is absent to divided elements and moving particles in the divided elements. CONSTITUTION:A 1st analysis region A where the blank material 5 occupies and the 2nd analysis region B where the blank material 5 does not exist are provided in the analysis space by regulating the analysis space including the blank material 5 in the mold 4. Both of the 1st and 2nd analysis regions A and B are used as the analysis objects. Further, the analysis objects are made to the plural divided elements which are fixed or quasi-fixed. The plural particles 6 regulating the shape of the blank material are dispersed and set in the 1st analysis region. The flowing and deforming process of the particles 6 are simulated by moving the particles 6 in the analysis space.
