Agent for preparing technical polyamide rayon as aqueous emulsion consisting of transester of low or high erucic acid rapeseed oil and glycerol ethoxylated with one or two moles of ethylene oxide with viscosity 50mPas-100mPas at the temperature of 303 K and high-molar adduct of ethylene oxide to natural oil comprising glycerides of unsaturated hydroxy acids, characterised in that it contains 0.12-1.2% of a mixture composed of 50% of phenylphenol glycol ether and 50% of phenylphenoxyethanol or alternately 0.12-1.2% of 1-3 tris /2-hydroxyethyl/-haxahydrotriazine and 2.4-9.6% of rapeseed oil transester, 2.4-7.2% of high-molar adduct of ethylene oxide to natural oil and 95-82% of water.
