<p>Novel compounds having a guanidine structure of formula (I), in which R1 is an isopropyl radical, benzyl optionally substituted by one or more alkoxy (C1-C4) radicals or a radical (a); R2, R3 and R4 are the hydrogen atom or together can form an imidazole, pyrimidine, dihydropyrimidine, pyrimidinium ring. The compounds are especially for use in regenerating neuron axons in diseases such as neuropathies and myopathies.</p> |
