CONSTITUTION:On a substrate 10, resistors R1, R2 and R3 which constitute a bridge circuit 12 are formed, and then adjusting resistors Rs and Rt are formed. Either one out of the plurality of conductive connection patterns 20, 22, 24, 26 and 28 which are formed on the adjusting resistor Rs and Rt is connected to a conductive terminal pattern 30 for making adjustments to a resistance value of the resistors.</p> |
