BUILDING MAINTENANCE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT DEVICE

PURPOSE:To provide a building maintenance contract management device which can reduce trouble and time of a management work for a contract company. CONSTITUTION:When data of an IC card brought to an office 3 by the maintenance person is inputted to the control part 23 of a branch office by transmitter/ receiver 32 and 21, customer data stored in a data base 22 is added to it so as to be stored in a storage part 24 as itemized data. Itemized data accumulate in a prescribed period (a month) is classified by the contract company and a cost referred by the data base 22 is added in accordance to the content of the respective work to prepare a payment specification.
