PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of communication and the handleability while avoiding the effect of a surrounding person in the transmitter sending information through the use of a weak radio wave and used for a communication system having especially repeater. CONSTITUTION:When an access of a human body is not detected by a human body detection section 8 detecting access of the human body, an identification number of a repeater 7 stored by a repeater address storage section 13 is set to a transmission destination designation section 11 as a transmission destination and when the access of the human body is detected, an identification number of a master set 6 stored in an address storage section 12 of the master set as the transmission destination. A transmission section 14 sends a signal with the set identification signal added thereto via an antenna 15. The antenna 15 has a characteristic in which the resonance frequency when the human body approaches is closer to a radio wave frequency to be sent than the resonance frequency when the human body is not accessed, and a signal is directly sent to the master set when a person approaches so as to improve the handleability and the signal is sent via the repeater 7 to improve the reliability of the communication when the person is not accessed. |
