<p>PURPOSE:To provide a large-screen liquid crystal display device by arraying and connecting plural liquid crystal display elements consisting of thin film transistor matrix arrays on the same plane and charging polymer dispersed liquid crystal as a liquid crystal. CONSTITUTION:When the liquid crystal display elements 16 consisting of the matrix arrays of thin film transistors 3 and picture element parts 15 are arranged and connected on the same plane, the intervals of their connection parts are set to less than the signal line wiring width of the thin film transistors at nonconnection parts and the liquid crystal display elements are adhered to a glass substrate 12 which has color filters 13, etc., across the polymer dispersed liquid crystal 18 to form the large-screen display device 19. Thus, the liquid crystal display elements 16 are stuck and combined with the polymer dispersed liquid crystal 18 to constitute the large-screen liquid crystal display device which it is conventionally difficult to constitute while picture quality or screen definition is maintained.</p> |
