<p>PURPOSE:To dispense with the work of board-to-board connection and by preventing signals from mixing into data transmission lines of a digital circuit from an analog circuit by transmitting information between a plurality of circuit boards through light transmission with a light emission means and a light receiving means. CONSTITUTION:An IC 10 is mounted on a board 1 and provided with a CPU 1, a RAM 12, a ROM 13, an input/output interface circuit I/O 14, and a D/A and A/D circuit 15. A drive circuit 1a makes a light emission element 1b emit light in response to command signals from the CPU 11. A light receiving element IC converts light signals from outside and supplies them into the CPU 11. An IC 20 is mounted on a board 2 and mounted with a CPU 2 and devices 22-25 likewise as the IC 10. A drive circuit 2a makes a light emission element 2b emit light in response with command signals from the CPU 21, and a light receiving element 2C converts light signals from outside and supplies them into the CPU 21. Therefore, data transmission is attained by light emission.</p> |
