RETARDANT POLYESTER COMPOSITION

The present invention relates to a flame retardant polyester composition useful for a shaped article for automobiles or electric and electronic products. More particularly, the flame retardant polymer composition is prepared by mixing, with a particular ratio: a polybutylene terephthalate resin and a polyethylene terephthalate resin as base resins; an epoxy-based bromine flame retardant; antimony trioxide; a teflon-based flame resistant supplement; and a glass fiber filler. When molded into a part for automobiles or electric and electronic products, the flame retardant polymer composition improves the part to have excellent material properties such as tensile strength, flame resistance, glossiness, and the like.
