PURPOSE:To correct that a web largely slackens toward a reel at the times of the completion of acceleration and the start of deceleration. CONSTITUTION:The diameter of a reel 1 is calculated by a divider 10 and, when the falling edge (completion of acceleration) of an acceleration signal showing that a web 6 is accelerated is detected by a falling detection part 12 and the rising edge (start of deceleration) of a deceleration signal showing that the web 6 is decelerated is detected by a rising detection part 13, the brake corresponding to the diameter of the reel 1 obtained by calculation is preliminarily applied to the reel 1 through an electropneumatic converter 5. |
