PURPOSE:To provide a method of molding a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin pipe having few voids with excellent workability. CONSTITUTION:A woven fabric composed of fiber yarn 1 for reinforcement and thermoplastic resin fiber yarn 2 is prepared, the woven fabric is preformed through heating and pressing, a semi-prepreg 10 under the state, in which thermoplastic resin fibers are bonded with fibers crossed with the thermoplastic resin fibers, is prepared, and a pipe is molded by using the semi-prepreg 10. A method, in which the semi-prepreg is wound on a core and a heat-shrinkable film is wound on the outer circumference of the semi-prepreg and the whole is thermally treated, can be adopted for molding the pipe. |
