PURPOSE:To automate a series of processes up to the finish of a printing plate by measuring the pattern area ratio of the baked printing plate obtained by developing the printing plate by a full--automatic composer by a measuring device and rotating the printing plate corresponding to the propriety of each ink in an arranging direction at the time of the setting of the printing plate. CONSTITUTION:The printing plate taken out of a stacker is supplied to a full- automatic composer 20 at first to bake the pattern of the printing plate and the baked printing plate is fed to a rotary device 46 under the control of a controller 29 by a feed belt 35. When one corner part of the printing plate is detected, a discrimination mark for applying condition data necessary at the time of the measurement of the area ratios of a printing plate number, a printer to which the printing plate must be set, the number of ink key or the like is printed by a discrimination mark applying device 58. Subsequently, the printing plate is transferred to a developing device 60 but, when the positional relation of the picture to the printing plate is fitted in relation to an area ratio measuring process, the printing plate is transferred as it is and, when said relation is unfitted, the printing plate is rotated so that the positional relation of the pattern is fitted to be transferred to the developing device. |
