It consists in: - devising a computer circuit defining two data for limiting the position of the deflector by means of the two curves representing the limitation of the extent of opening (GL) and the other representing the limitation of the extent of closure (PL); - introducing into the circuit (1) an information item (i) on the position of opening of the injector so that this circuit emits two limitation orders (pl, gl) on the position of the deflector depending on the desired speed of the turbine; - and entering the two orders (pl, gl), emitted by the circuit (1) into the system for regulating the position of the deflector. <IMAGE>
