A TOUCH PANEL WITH ENHANCED OXIDATION CHARACTERISTIC

PURPOSE: A touch panel for increasing oxidation characteristic is provided to prevent increase of contact resistance by blocking oxidation diffusion to a transparent electrode pattern contacted to an interconnection electrode of the touch panel. CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode pattern(14) detects the variation of capacitance by contact. An interconnection electrode(15) is connected to the transparent electrode pattern and receives variation of capacitance of the transparent electrode pattern. A cable circuit(16) transfers variation of capacitance to an external circuit. The interconnection electrode includes a conductive layer, an oxide diffusion preventing layer, and an electrode oxidation preventing layer.
