PURPOSE:To retain the excellent openness of a blood vessel after connection and restrain the formation of thrombus without causing damage such as being torn, being extended by forming a connector out of a porous ductlike body which is of biodegradable substance of an anti-thrombus nature and made of a biodegradable material at least whose inner surface is treated. CONSTITUTION:A connector 3 for fitting blood vessel is formed of a porous ductlike body which is of biodegradable substance of an anti-thrombus nature and made of a biodegradable material at least whose inner surface is treated. This porous ductlike body made of a biodegradable material refers to a porous ductlike body which is formed of a material that can be degraded gradually by means of ferment and other elements in a living body and absorbed into the living body and/or discharged from the living body when the porous ductlike body is left behind in blood vessels 1, 2 after blood vessels 1, 2 have been connected to each other. And by making a ductlike body that becomes the basic body frame of the connector 3 a porous structure, biodegradable substance of anti-thrombus nature at its surface also invades the inside of the porous structure and firm combination is carried out, and the early peeling off and early separation of the biodegradable substance are prevented. |
