PURPOSE:To make a number plan in nonrelation to a general land mobile radio telephone number plan by using effectively a radio frequency. CONSTITUTION:When a radio base station 2 transmits a radio base station number to a land mobile radiotelephone terminal 1, the radiotelephone terminal 1 is stored in a memory 1 as the enabled radio base station number. In this condition, when the subscriber of the radiotelephone terminal 1 calls, it is judged whether or not the calling should be enabled, and when it is not permitted, the calling regulation display is performed. When it is enabled, a calling signal is transmitted through the radio base station 2 to a land mobile radiotelephone exchange 3. The number translation is performed, it is judged whether or not an incoming call is enabled, and when the call is not permitted, the incoming call regulation processing is performed. At the time of enabling the incoming call, the incoming call signal is transmitted to the radio base station 2 and the radio base station 2 transmits the calling signal to a land mobile radiotelephone terminal 4 of the incoming call destination. |
