PURPOSE:To monitor the abnormality of the solar battery panel of a slave station by a master station. CONSTITUTION:A light quantity detecting part 3 detects the light quantity incident on a solar battery panel and when the light quantity is equal to the prescribed value or above, sends a light quantity detecting signal S1. A voltage detecting part 4, when it receives the light quantity detecting signal S1, measures the power generation voltage of respective panels 11-13, and when at least one of the measured voltage becomes the prescribed value or below, sends a voltage abnormality signal S2. A voltage difference detecting part 5, when receives the light quantity detecting signal S1, measures the difference between the power generation voltage of respective panels 11-13, and when at least one of the measured voltage difference becomes the prescribed value or above, sends a voltage difference abnormality signal S3. An abnormality signal generating part 6, when it receives either of the voltage abnormality signal S2 and the voltage difference abnormality signal S3, sends a signal S4 to show the abnormality of the solar battery to a multiplexing part 7. The multiplexing part 7 multiplexes a solar battery abnormality signal S4 on a transmitting signal and transmits it through a transmitter 8 to a master station. |
