CONTINUOUS SERIES FUSION METHOD FOR CONTINUOUS SYNTHETIC EXTRUSION MOLDED PRODUCT

PURPOSE:To manufacture continuous synthetic resin extrusion molded products classified in color continuously and inexpensively in uniform cementing and without damaging the outer appearance by heating a metal heating plate by high frequency induction heating, physical surface heating or the like and fusing the synthetic resin molded products by the conduction and radiation heat of said heating plate. CONSTITUTION:Respective materials are carried to a heating roller 7 or a heating plate with comb-tooth-shaped projections 8 heated by the high frequency induction, some other physical surface heating method for the like. The outer peripheral side faces to be fused of respective materials are made in the semi- molten state by the heat conduction applied at the time of passing said roller or heating plate. Then the materials are carried to a pressure roller 10 before the outer peripheral side faces of respective materials are solidified. The respective materials are arranged in the given positions while respective side faces in the semi-molten state are brought into contact each other. Finally the fusing is completed by products of synthetic resin continuous extrusion molded products classified in color can be manufactured.
