PURPOSE:To make it easy to assemble a vibrator. CONSTITUTION:Two pairs of piezoelectric elements 21, 22 are attached to side faces of a vibrator of a polygonal transverse section, thereby to constitute a vibrator 6. The piezoelectric elements 21, 22 of the vibrator 6 are connected to a vibration driving means 7 via impedance elements Z1, Z2. The outputs at both ends of each impedance element Z1, Z2 are differentially driven, and the differential outputs are added and fed back to the driving means 7. moreover, outputs at the connecting parts between each pair of the piezoelectric elements 21, 22 and the corresponding impedance element Z1, Z2 are differentially driven and taken out. |
