<p>PURPOSE: To provide a method capable of leading to a casting having a fine granular tissue and of avoiding additional processes such as the injection and hardening of an inoculum mixture, for fabricating a dental casting from a non-noble metal alloy using a model made from wax and/or synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION: A dental casting is fabricated by forming a model from wax and/or synthetic resin containing a uniformly distributed particle refining agent, burying the model in a fireproof casting bed, removing the wax and/or synthetic resin to form a mold, and injecting a molten non-noble metal alloy therein.</p> |
