PURPOSE:To smoothly perform mold-releasing operation by a method wherein the dimensions of the respective predetermined parts are brought into the specified relationship and the connecting part between an opening part and a supporting part is set to be circular-arcuate and the film thickness of the supporting part is set to be thicker than that of a mold main body in an elastic mold equipped with the supporting part, which connects with the opening part of the mold main body and connically extends outwards. CONSTITUTION:The elastic mold concerned is made of rubber latex, for example, and equipped with a supporting part 4, which conically extends outwards from the opening part 3 of a mold main body 2. The relationships X>Y, X>Z, Z$3Y and 0 deg.<theta<=75 deg. are established, in which Y represents the diameter of the opening part 3, X represents the diameter of the bottom part of the supporting part 4, Z represents the length at the longest part in the horizontal direction of the mold main body 2 and theta represents the angle between the conical part 4 and the opening part 3. By maintaining the above-mentioned relationships, mold-releasing operation can be performed smoothly. Further, by making the connecting part 5 between the opening part 3 and the supporting part 4 circular-arcuate, film thickness is prevented from becoming thicker due to the stagnation of stock latex and the like. Furthermore, the film thickness of the supporting part 4 is set to be thicker than that of the mold main body. |
