VARIANT TYPE HUMAN LYSOZYME

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a new gene useful for producing a protein having human lysozyme activity and cell insertion activity based on an inserted amino acid sequence. CONSTITUTION:A variation type human lysozyme gene encoding a polypeptide wherein an amino acid sequence (e.g. RGDS) having cell adhesion activity is inserted between the 74-position and the 75-position of amino acid sequence of natural type human lysozyme. The gene is prepared by a method described in Japan Pat. Publication No. 1-86,876.
