<p>PURPOSE:To report an abnormality occurrence surely to a worker by outputting abnormality occurrence signal by means of a radio transmission signal when the irregularity occurs in an automatic warehouse and forcing radio handy receiver carried by an equipment maintenance person or a worker to receive the signal. CONSTITUTION:In an automatic warehouse system, vacant shelf addresses of an automatic warehouse are grasped on a control panel, and such an indication is given the any article sent to a station is stored either one of vacant shelves. Also such an indication is given that the concerned article is shipped from the concerned shelf address to the station, by searching the storing shelf address of the designated article. Driving of a stacker crane 5 is controlled through a stacker crane control unit 8 based on the indication for these storage and shipping. In this case, a radio equipment 9 is connected to the control panel 4 and a handy terminal 7, which can send and receive radio signals between the radio equipment 9 and itself is carried by an equipment maintenance person. When an abnormality occurs the handy terminal 7 is controlled by the radio signal and the abnormality occurrence is reported.</p> |
