PRODUCTION OF LED ARRAY PRINTING HEAD

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce an LED aray printing head wherein many light emitting semiconductor chips having light emitting element parts formed to the upper surfaces thereof are mounted on a substrate in one row in such a state that the brightness irregularity in the respective light emitting element parts is reduced. CONSTITUTION:After the brightness of the respective light emitting element parts 2a of each light emitting semiconductor chip 2 are measured, a light transmitting coating layer 7 is formed to the light emitting semiconductor chip 2 so that the film thickness of the light emitting element parts 2a is made partially thick at the places of the light emitting element parts 2a low in brightness among the respective light emitting element parts 2a.
