PURPOSE:To form a coating film having a uniform film thickness and broad film width even on an object to be coated having a rugged coating surface. CONSTITUTION:Fixed distance holding members 4 which maintains the specified distance between the discharge port of a fixed amt. coating head 2 and the coating surface are provided on both sides of the discharge port of the fixed amt. coating head 2. The fixed amt. coating head 2 is mounted on a direct moving member 5 movably toward the coating object 1 fixed on a table 3 moving at the fixed speed. The direct moving member 5 is fixed with a rotating member 6 mounted on a rotating member mounting plate supported by a stand to a rotating member 5 freely rotatable around the X-axis. As a result, the fixed amt. coating head 2 is moved in the Z-axis direction and is rotated around the X-axis in correspondence to the rugged shape of the coating surface by the fixed distance holding members 4. The distance between the discharge port of the fixed amt. coating head 2 and the coating position is maintained constant. |
