A thermal insulation and acoustic absorption heating panel is proposed. Its particular feature is perfectly to reconcile these three properties. In order to do so it is composed of an insulating mat (2) covered with a heating element (4), itself covered with a thin metal film (5) reinforced with a porous material (6).
