A holder for keeping purpose capable of holding a sheet-form matter to be kept in such a manner that the edge of said sheet-form matter may be removably fixed to the inner surface at the back of the holder without requiring punching or any other attaching means, in which soft polyurethane elastomer continuously high in viscosity at room temperature and contamination-free is attached to the inner surface at the back of the holder and the edge of the sheet-form matter is stuck to and held by said polyurethane elastomer; and a replenishing sheet-form matter to be used in said holder.
