PURPOSE:To provid a ferroelectric ceramic which can be manufactured at a low temperature, and its manufacturing method. CONSTITUTION:A tentatively baked powder of the composition ratio Pb(Zn1/3 Nb2/3)0.09 (Sn1/3Nb2/3)0.09Ti0.42Zr0.40+0.5wt.%MnO2 as the ferroelectric ceramic powder, and a glass powder of PbO.B2O3 system are mixed and powdered by a catalyst agitator mill to the mean particle diameter of about 0.2mum, and then, pressure-moulded and baked. And a complex ferroelectric ceramic in which the glass 3 is made into a matrix, and the ferroelectric powder 2 is dispersed by scattering at random in the matrix glass 3, has been manufactured. |
