PURPOSE:To improve running stability and maneuvering stability by providing a wheel load detecting means and a car speed detecting means to decide the running state of a vehicle and outputting a drive signal to horizontal and vertical vane drive means according to the decided running state. CONSTITUTION:A motor 19 of a vertical vane drive device 13 and an actuator 37 of a horizontal drive vane device 41 are connected to a controller 43 serving as a control means and driven and controlled by means of an output signal from a controller 43. The controller 43 receives signals from a car speed sensor 45 to detect a car speed and wheel load sensors 47, 49, 51, and 53 to detect the wheel load of each wheel and decides the running state of a vehicle. A drive signal is outputted from the controller 43 to a motor 19 of a vertical vane drive device 13 and an actuator 37 of a horizontal vane drive device 41 according to the decided running state. The protrusion area of a vertical vane 7 and the position thereof are changed by means of a drive signal, the angle of attack of a horizontal vane 5 is varied and maneuvering stability is provided according to a running state. |
