PURPOSE:To enable to fully automatically form and shape into a raw material rubber unit with desired weight so as to facilitate successive kneading by a method wherein masticated rubber is extruded into pellets in order to be compression-molded into the raw material rubber unit. CONSTITUTION:Masticated natural rubber is fed to an extruder 12 so as to be extruded through a perforated die into a large number of bar forms in order to be formed into a large number of pellets 3 with a cutter 12a. After that, anti-adhesive solution is showered from a shower piping 13 in order to coat the surface of the pellets 3. The resultant pellets are fed through a vibratory feeder 14 and a spiral vibratory feeder 15 to a belt conveyer 16 so as to successively fall into a measuring hopper 17 equipped with eight measuring instruments. Every time the pellets are accumulated by the predetermined weight in the hopper, the accumulated pellets are housed successively in a compression molder 19 in order to be shaped into a cubic raw material rubber unit 4. |
