<p>PURPOSE:To make compact a gas insulated switch gear by sharply elevating the reliability in the interlocking between an earth switch and a gas breaker and the interlock mechanism. CONSTITUTION:GCB 7 is provided with two breaking points of the breaking point B1 on line side and the breaking point B2 on main bud side. Moreover, an earth switch (ESA) 11 is connected between the breaking points B1 and B2. Though this earth switch 11 operates at high speed, it does not need current breaking performance, and the conduction performance under On state can withstand against the rated short time current similar to that for an ordinary earth switch.</p> |
