<p>PURPOSE:To smoothly perform a drawing-out action and to make an apparatus small-sized by a method wherein, when a cassette is mounted on the apparatus, a cassette lid is opened at an early stage by means of its movement action. CONSTITUTION:When a cassette 3 is moved to the direction of an arrow (a) and mounted on a cassette holder 17, a cassette-lid opening member 18 comes into contact with a cassette lid 3-2 which is installed to protect a magnetic tape while the cassette is being mounted. The lid 3-2 is opened. Then, a type movement member comes into contact with the magnetic tape which has been stretched at the front of the opening part of the cassette 3. The magnetic tape is moved to the inside of the opening part of the cassette 3. Then, the cassette holder 17 which has held the cassette 3 is lowered, and the cassette 3 is mounted on a chassis. Together with this operation, one part of a rotary cylinder is housed inside the opening part of the cassette 3 so as not to come into contact with the magnetic tape. As a result, the length in the longitudinal direction of the chassis becomes short. Consequently, a recording and replay apparatus is made small-sized.</p> |
