PURPOSE:To obtain an inspecting apparatus which can correctly detect the position of an electronic part after the part is mounted on a printed circuit board without being influenced by a silk, a land or the like in order to inspect the mounting state of the printed circuit board with the electronic part before a reflow process. CONSTITUTION:This apparatus is provided with a photographing part 2 and a color extracting means 4. The photographing part 2 photographs a printed board 1 in color after an electronic part 21 is mounted to the board 1, and generates a color image signal 3. The color extracting means 4, when receiving the color image signal 3, generates a color extraction data of a part showing the color within the color distribution of the preliminarily-set color of the substrate, the color of a silk and the color of a land. Moreover, there are provided a color extracted part erasing means 5, an image memory means 6 and a window frame setting means 7. The color extracted part erasing means 5 erases the part of the color extraction data from the color image signal 3 upon receipt of the color image signal 3 and the color extraction data, and outputs the remaining color image signal which is stored by the image memory means 6. The window frame setting means 7 sets a window frame part of a to-be-detected part to the stored color image signal. |
