Liq. in a main conduit is mixed with one or more liqs. sprayed into the main conduit from a rotary nozzle system held in a housing inclined to the conduit at about 45 deg. A motor driven rotating or oscillating shaft is divided into two aligned sections. The hollow bottom section, including the nozzle opening from a transverse bore at the shaft end, has an axial bore receiving liq. in the same section tests the efficiency of sealing rings in wall recesses, and may also be used to delivery lubricant. The upper shaft section rotates on ball bearings supported on a shoulder between the sections, and is enclosed by a sleeve.
