<p>Apparatus for making a twisted product of cotton, wool and/or synthetic fibre, of the type having, upstream, a thread unwinding reel, and essentially comprised of downstream means for distribution, gathering, and possible joining and cutting of several threads of the resulting twisted product; said means of distribution and gathering consist of two separate, parallel and coplanar spiral-shaped elements, inserted coaxially in guide sleeves, and in which at least one end of the spirals terminates in a hook turned toward the common direction of rotation, said spirals being moved by disks on which they are secured, via offset Cardan joints, to a pair of pulleys transmitting the rotary motion produced by a gear motor. <IMAGE></p> |
