It comprises two sheets of glass and a layer of polyvinyl butyral interposed between them, a design or decoration having been applied to the layer of polyvinyl butyral by means of the heat-transfer printing technique, the secure nature of the glass thus being combined with the ability to see through it easily. The invention is applicable to the glazing of buildings.
