PURPOSE:To avoid a fact that the same document information is called by plural sets of processors, and to surely updating and registering document information by constituting the processor so that in the case the document information is called already, it is informed to a user, or the call of this document information is inhibited. CONSTITUTION:In ROM for constituting a control means, a call display program and a call inhibition program are stored. In such a state, whether call information exists in document information which a first word processor 11 calls from a file server 13 or not is discriminated, and in the case it is discriminated that there is no call information, the call information is set to the document information, and thereafter, a call processing of the document information to a first word processor 11 from the file server 13 is performed. On the other hand, in the case it is discriminated that there is the call information, a call of the document information to a first word processor 11 from the file server 13 is inhibited, and also, a fact that the call processing of the document information is impossible is displayed as a message on an LCD. |
