PURPOSE:To ensure the rationality and to attain a flexible scheduling job even when an external factor produced in the operation of a plant by performing the evaluation and producing an alarm if the scheduling is changed in disregard of the optimization of cost. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 1 is provided together with a data base 2 connected to the CPU 1, and an operation terminal equipment including a display device 3, a mouse 5 and a keyboard 4. Then the correction of a schedule required by an external factor is inputted with operation of the equipment 6. Thus a control schedule is calculated. A warning is produced if it is decided that the limit conditions corrected previously are not attainable in the calculating process of the control schedule or based on this calculation result. At the same time, the influence given to the least cost that defined the preceding correction as a solution is calculated and displayed. Based on these warning and evaluation result, an operator operates the equipment 6 to correct other external factors. |
