PURPOSE: To obtain memorandum paper which allows writing recording and magnetic recording by providing part of a rear surface with a repeelable adhesive layer and providing the rear surface with a magnetic recording layer and the front surface with a writable flexible sheet. CONSTITUTION: Part of the rear surface of the cellulosic paper 1 having thickness of 80 to 200μm is coated with a readherable adhesive 2, such as isooctyl acrylate, in contact with one side of the sheet. The thickness of 5 to 50μm suffices. The magnetic layer 3 for magnetic recording is used alone or together with a base material 4 for the magnetic layer. The magnetic layer consists of magnetic particles, binder, etc., and the base material is polyethylene terephthalate, etc. The sheet is used by sticking and laminating many sheets by the repeelable adhesive layers and peeling one sheet each. The recording by writing and the recording by magnetism are made possible by using the commonly used recording and reproducing device. Information transmission in both terms of visual sensation and auditory sensation is made possible.
