PURPOSE:To detect the degradatation part of a railway concrete structure from an outputted picture by an infrared ray sensor. CONSTITUTION:This method is provided with a lens 3, a scanner 5, a monitor television 7, a video tape recorder 9, a disk converter 11, a data conversion 13, a floppy disk drive 15, a computer main body 17, a printer 19, a keyboard 21, a monitor television 23 and a character display 25, and detects a thermal image of a wall surface. Next, for the defectless parts in this thermal image, parts where a wall surface temperature rises or lowers are determined at first and the degradation parts are extracted from this part. For the extraction of this degradation part, measured data over four seasons is referred. |
