PURPOSE:To provide a manufacturing method of glazed substrates which can allow a thermal head to be made compact in size. CONSTITUTION:Glazed substrates C are manufactured by way of processes which comprise a laser work process where laser is applied from a glazing layer 2 to a ceramic board 100 whose top is baked with the glazing layer 2, thereby forming a groove 400, a multi-division process which separates the ceramic board from the groove 400 and an attachment process which mounts a heat generation resistor 3 on a flattened portion 22 of the ceramic board 1 near the edge 21 of the glazing layer 2. |
